01

What We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate Statsy:

  • Account data: your email address and password (hashed) when you sign up
  • Usage data: status pages, services, and incidents you create
  • Subscriber emails: emails collected on your public status page (these belong to you)
  • Billing data: handled entirely by Paddle — we never store your payment details
  • Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging
02

How We Use It

We use your data to:

We will disclose your data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Statsy and its users.

04

Refund Policy

01

General Policy

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after a subscription has been charged. If you are unhappy with Statsy, we encourage you to cancel before your next renewal date.

02

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged after clearly cancelling your subscription
  • You were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error
  • The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

03

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan after cancellation.

04

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your account email and a brief description of the issue:

📬 hello@statsy.page — include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 2 business days.
